McKenney’s partnered with Brasfield & Gorrie on this build-out of a large-scale data center campus with locations across the United States. The existing building warehouse needed to be converted into a data hall space that could accommodate businesses of all sizes—from single server colocation—to entire data center colocation services.  

The scope of work included mechanical, plumbing, new TSCIF installations, setting of new DX Stulz CRAC units, new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pumps, and evaporative cooling air handling units (AHUs) which are a specialty mechanical system for data centers.
