The BlackRock 10th floor project is an interior build-out of commercial office space located at 725 Ponce de Leon Ave. NE, in Atlanta, Georgia. 

This 35,000 square foot build-out includes a lobby, a break room, large conference and meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, offices, and administrative support spaces. To support these spaces, terminal units, heat pumps, a new VRF split system, and mechanical and plumbing were included in the scope of work.
