McKenney’s partnered with Holder Construction Company to build two office towers in downtown Atlanta. The 10 and 17-story buildings include a training facility, retail and conference spaces, a fitness center, daycare, and other mixed-use spaces on the lower floors. They will serve as the network operations center for Norfolk Rail Service.
The project included multiple scopes of work, from preconstruction to coordination with the design team to mechanical installations, commissioning and the tenant build-out. The mechanical systems were designed to promote water and energy efficiency for the building and help reduce overall operating costs while providing a state-of-the-art office environment.
