McKenney’s partnered with Balfour Beatty Construction to build a 25-story, high-rise office building and hotel tower in uptown Charlotte. This Class A, multi-purpose office tower, located adjacent to BB&T Ballpark, totals 638,000-square feet and spans the width of the entire city block. The building is anchored by a bank tenant occupying one-third of the building. Other tenants include the Kimpton Tryon Hotel Park, a fitness center, a restaurant, and a coffee shop—all of which are connected to the office building by escalators from the main two-story lobby. 

The McKenney’s team leveraged BIM and design-assist to deliver high-quality mechanical and plumbing systems for this multi-purpose office building.
